At TERC, we’re pleased to continue our collaboration with Lucian Rumpe, who co-founded our agency. Though Lucian has moved to a freelance career focusing on photography and film, he remains an important part of our team.

Lucian was instrumental in establishing TERC alongside Gabriel Balmer, who now leads the agency. His early work helped shape our creative direction and set the foundation for our approach to design and branding.

Now working independently, Lucian brings his expertise in photography and film to our projects on a freelance basis. His visual and creative skills continue to enhance the work we do together.

In summary, while Lucian Rumpe has transitioned to freelancing, his collaboration with TERC continues to be valuable.
